ESPN Major League Baseball

A baseball simulation focused on Major League Baseball games and an ESPN-style broadcast presentation. In ESPN Major League Baseball, players control pitching by choosing pitch types and speeds, using the pitching interface and K-Zone analysis, and accounting for pitcher momentum. A momentum meter can also be tapped to boost a player’s performance in crucial moments.

Alongside games, the title offers online play and a General Manager mode, where decisions about running the club affect the manager’s position: a manager can be fired or recruited by another team. In-game goals and MLB milestones earn trophies that can be displayed in a trophy room. The broadcast features commentators Jon Miller and Karl Ravech, while matches include animations such as broken bats, mound conferences and player reactions.
