An unusual hardcore platformer that combines pinball mechanics with a philosophical journey through the history of human thought. The ascent is realized through precise jumps, inertia, flippers, and the constant risk of falling down, turning every mistake into a part of the path to understanding.
The game world is divided into eras of philosophy — from antiquity to modernity, and the levels themselves look like abstract spaces filled with symbols of ideas, shattered theories, and quests for truth. The main character, a spark of consciousness named Baetyl, rises from the cave of ignorance to the light of knowledge under the voice of a mysterious Philosopher-King, whose guidance gradually begins to sound more and more alarming. The atmosphere combines meditative reflections, surreal landscapes, and tense gameplay, where falling becomes as important a part of the journey as the ascent itself.
