The mod adds a large residential house to the game for the player, where you can find many amenities for living, a Protectron outside for protection, imprisoned in the basement (he must be given water or he will die), as well as a number of notes about the former owners of the house. To gain access to all the functionality, you will need to find the keys to most things - all the keys are inside the house.
Мод добавляет в игру большой жилой дом для игрока, где можно найти множество удобств для проживания, протектрона снаружи для защиты, заключённого в подвале (его необходимо поить водой, или он умрёт), а также ряд заметок о бывших владельцах дома.
