Mr. Burke finally has his house key.

Mr. Burke lives in Megaton. He may not like it, but he has a whole house there. So why on earth doesn't he have a house key? It doesn't seem like there's anything really special inside, yet it's locked. One would think that someone living in town would always keep a key on hand. This mod fixes that.
