The Lost Vault modification brings a new location to the Commonwealth: vault number 117, which was originally supposed to be an ideal underground city with a huge amount of technology, but was not completed on time.
A few years later, radiation began to sneak in and things got noticeably worse. The author of the modification invites players to explore the ruins and understand what happened.
