In short, it's one of those games you can sink hundreds of hours into and not even notice. Yes, the plot isn't perfect, but the world is so alive that you want to explore every corner. The Boston Wasteland is detailed, filled with stories, and even years later you find something new here.
The gameplay has improved: shooting is enjoyable, crafting and basic mechanics are well thought out. Leveling up through perks gives you freedom - you want to be a charismatic leader, or a ruthless sniper. You can also build settlements - a whole system that adds longevity to the game.
The factions are interesting, especially the Brotherhood of Steel and the Underground. The dialogues have certainly been simplified, but the key moments still catch on. The atmosphere is top-notch: the radio, the music, these half-ruined cities... And Dogmeat is the best companion, loyal as a real dog.
The graphics aren't wow anymore, but the Fallout style saves it. There are bugs, but nothing critical. Overall, it's a great game that you can come back to again and again, especially with mods. A solid 9/10.

Геймплей стал лучше: стрельба приятная, крафт и базовая механика продуманы. Прокачка через перки даёт свободу — хочешь быть харизматичным лидером, хочешь — безжалостным снайпером. А ещё можно строить поселения — целая система, которая добавляет игре долгожительства.
Фракции интересные, особенно Братство Стали и Подземка. Диалоги, конечно, упростили, но ключевые моменты всё равно цепляют. Атмосфера — на высоте: радио, музыка, эти полуразрушенные города… Да и Dogmeat — лучший компаньон, преданный, как настоящий пёс.
Графика сейчас уже не вау, но стиль Fallout её спасает. Баги есть, но не критично. В целом — отличная игра, в которую можно возвращаться снова и снова, особенно с модами. Твердая 9/10.
