Many fans of the series dislike Fallout 4, but I like it. It's not as stuffy and bland as the previous games in the series. I played the second game and all the subsequent ones, but my personal favorite is Fallout 4. It has much more adequate shooting compared to Fallout 3 or Vegas. It has much more funny moments and humor in general. The game has a large and fairly diverse world (considering the release date), a fairly varied weapon selection, and pleasant enemy designs.
But the storyline is a bit lacking, that's true, it's silly to argue with that. The story itself is quite good, but it's delivered in a very fragmented and unclear manner. The main twist with the son is predictable, but quite good, but the ending is a bit of a letdown, no matter which outcome you choose. I can definitely recommend the game, but it won't appeal to everyone. I've replayed the game 2-3 times and I'm still quite happy with it.
Многие фанаты серии недолюбливают "четвёрку", а мне она нравится. Она не такая душная и пресная, как прошлые части серии. Я играл во вторую часть и все последующие ей игры, но мой личный фаворит — именно Fallout 4. В ней куда более адекватная стрельба, если сравнивать с "тройкой" или "вегасом". В ней куда больше забавных моментов и юмора в целом. В игре большой и довольно разнообразный мир (если помнить о дате выхода), довольно разнообразное оружие и приятный дизайн противников.
А вот сюжетная линия подкачала, это да, с этим спорить глупо. Сама история, как таковая, вполне неплоха, но подаётся она крайне ломано и невнятно. Главный твист с сыном предсказуем, но весьма хорош, а вот развязка истории подкачала, какой исход не выбирай. Рекомендовать игру вполне можно, но понравится она далеко не всем. Я перепроходил игру раза 2-3 и до сих пор вполне доволен.
