Fallstreak is a linear visual novel blending dark fantasy and psychological thriller elements. It follows Adelise Cotard, a young girl who enters a timeless golden dream while asleep. Socotrine, the setting of her dreams, is a hidden garden enclosed by reality-distorting mist, and Adelise seeks to escape its closed world.

Her dreams are connected to a mysterious disaster from ten years earlier, when prismatic flames rained from the sky. The story combines traditional storytelling with modern elements of dark fantasy and psychological thriller.
