Final Fantasy VII Remake Windows 7 Fix.

I have just fixed the issue where the game utilizes new features from Win8, and provided an edited ini that does not contain files for hacking. Please refer to Read.txt for placing related files. This fix also works on Win8 / 8.1 and Win10 1909-, and may work on Linux, possibly working on MacOS and Vista.
