About the Game

Formula One Championship Edition is a racing simulation based on the Formula One championship, featuring its official drivers, cars, circuits, rules and teams. Before a race, the player prepares the car, warms the tyres and takes part in a parade lap, then competes in events where collisions and other incidents can occur.

A safety car may be deployed during a race, requiring the player to choose when to pit while accounting for traffic. Cars accumulate dirt and damage over the course of racing, and the game features detailed circuits and lighting effects.
