Getaway Island is a romantic visual novel about a man stranded on an island far from home. He meets three women there, and must decide whether to remain loyal to the person he loves back home or begin a new relationship.

Players make choices throughout the story and go on a tailored date with each of the women. These decisions shape the narrative and lead to one of two endings, while story and bonus illustrations can also be unlocked along the way.
