This strategy game with adventure and resource-management elements puts ghosts and other supernatural beings under the player’s command, sending them to frighten the residents of Gravenville. Missions involve solving puzzles and uncovering mysteries that gradually develop the overarching story.
The game features 15 missions with branching scenarios and 11 locations, including an asylum, a military base, dormitories, and a police station. The camera can show events from the perspective of either humans or ghosts, while up to 30 AI-controlled characters interact in each level.

In the Russian version, this game was called "Lord of Terror", if memory serves. The game is actually very worthy, although today it may seem a little old.
Essentially, this is the anti-Sims: the task is to scare the residents of the town of Gravenville to death. Fainting is not uncommon, someone goes crazy, someone panics and runs away from the map screaming, and all thanks to you, your ghosts and skillfully thought-out intimidation tactics. По сути — это антиСимс: задача до смерти напугать жителей городка Грейвенвиль. Не редки обмороки, кто-то сходит с ума, кто-то в панике и с криками убегает с карты, а все благодаря Вам, вашим призракам и умело продуманной тактике запугивания. В каждой локации разные люди, с разной устойчивостью к паранормальным проявлениям и условия, в которых можно применять призраков. По мере прохождения можно освобождать новых подручных, но это далеко не всегда очевидно и просто, зато увлекательно.
