A side-scrolling visual novel with shooter elements is set in a near future where people have replaced their organs with petrol implants and food businesses have become gas stations. With organic food in short supply, animals face extinction, and pigeons organize a resistance to draw attention to their hunger and bring back bakeries.

John, a pigeon with an unusual digestive disorder, sets out to help the city’s birds. The game combines several mechanics and lets players move to another story branch after completing one. It features multiple endings.
