A quality-of-life modification for Graveyard Keeper 2 that eliminates the tedious chore of transporting heavy objects one by one (logs, stone slabs, resource blocks, etc.). Out of the box, the mod allows the player to carry up to 10 Big Items simultaneously, enables large wood assets to stack neatly on the ground, and introduces an instant drop-all shortcut (bound to F8 by default). The plugin is completely safe to install or remove at any point during your playthrough without altering save file stability.
Key Features:
- Simultaneous Big Item Carrying — Carry up to 10 large objects at once by default, drastically cutting down traversal time during base construction and quarry hauling.
- Ground Stacking for Wood — Large wooden items automatically stack together when placed on the ground, preventing yard clutter.
- Instant Drop-All Hotkey — Drop all carried heavy resources simultaneously with a single keypress.
- Safe Installation Lifecycle — Fully safe to install or uninstall mid-game without corrupting game saves.
Two Distribution Variants:
- Main Version — Standalone release configured through standard BepInEx .cfg files.
- GK2 Mod Framework Version — Integrates directly with the GK2 Mod Framework, enabling on-the-fly tuning via an in-game graphical menu.
Default Controls:
- F8 — Drop all carried Big Items at once (fully rebindable via config).
Requirements & Installation:
- Ensure BepInEx 5.x (Unity Mono) is installed in your Graveyard Keeper 2 game folder.
- Launch the game once with BepInEx installed, then exit to desktop.
- Extract the downloaded mod archive.
- Copy the .dll file into:
BepInEx/plugins/ - Launch the game.
Configuration Instructions (Main Version):
- Run the game once with the mod installed to generate BepInEx/config/nizy.gk2.bigitemstacking.cfg.
- Open the configuration file in any text editor.
Available parameters:
- [General] MaxCarryLimit = 10 — Maximum number of Big Items carried simultaneously.
- [Controls] DropAllKey = F8 — Key used to drop all carried Big Items at once.
- Save the file and restart the game to apply changes.
