A logistics and inventory management modification for Graveyard Keeper 2 that consolidates multiple storage containers into a single, unified interface accessible through any opened chest. Items remain securely stored in their native containers, while the standard chest window expands with categorized tabs and pagination controls, eliminating tedious manual traversal between disparate chests across work areas. Built on top of the native game UI with full support for original controller navigation.

Key Features:

  • Unified Container Access — View, withdraw, and deposit items across remote storage containers through any single opened chest.
  • Named Tabs & Pagination — Containers are grouped into labeled category tabs, automatically creating browsable pages when collections exceed layout bounds.
  • Configurable Search Scope — Defaults to indexing storage across all scenes in the active save; can be switched to strictly scan the player's immediate zone.
  • ID-Based Container Filtering — Include or exclude specific containers and trunks using their definition IDs.
  • Configurable Layout Density — Display anywhere from 1 to 4 chest panels per page (2 panels by default).
  • Native Integration & Gamepad Support — Retains authentic game UI styling and standard gamepad navigation workflows.

Installation & Configuration:

  1. Install BepInEx 5 x64 (Unity Mono) into your Graveyard Keeper 2 directory.
  2. Close the game. Extract the downloaded archive and merge its BepInEx folder into the game root alongside GraveyardKeeper2.exe.
  3. Verify that the plugin binary is placed at:
    Graveyard Keeper 2/BepInEx/plugins/GK2SharedStorage/GK2SharedStorage.dll
  4. Launch the game, load your save file, and open any chest to initialize the unified interface.
  5. Configuration & Updates: After your first session, configure scope rules, page capacities, or ID exclusion lists inside BepInEx/config/com.modcraft.gk2.sharedstorage.cfg. When updating the mod, overwrite the .dll while keeping your existing configuration file.
