Arcade-style American football with a science-fiction setting is played in a stadium on the Moon. In Gridiron, teams of up to seven compete in casual or competitive online matches, or arrange private games; an offline practice mode is also available.

Players can climb the ranks, while statistics and public leaderboards track performance by position. Chaosball is a three-a-side mode set in low gravity, where anyone can catch or throw the ball at any time, bounce it off walls and the floor, and catch their own passes. Longer passing streaks increase the value of a touchdown, but holding the ball too long makes it explode.
