[Numpad 0] Infinite health.
[Numpad 1] Infinite stamina.
[Numpad 2] Infinite oxygen.
[Numpad 3] Infinite armor.
[Numpad 4] Infinite abilities.
[Numpad 5] Infinite ammo without reloading.
[Numpad 6] Infinite explosive ammo.
[Numpad 7] Stun gun without reloading.
[Numpad 8] Infinite vehicle health.
[Numpad 9] Repair vehicle health and armor.
[Numpad /] Give player a weapon.
[Numpad *] Give player a parachute.
[Numpad -] Set money to $1,000,000.
[Numpad +] Set money to $90,000,000.
[F1] Reset money to $1,000.
[F2] Reset all wanted stars.
[F3] Set 5 wanted stars.
[F4] Set time to 11 AM.
[F5] Set time to 12 midnight.

Copy or move the trainer file from the archive either to the root folder of the game or to your desktop. Then, first launch the game, and after that run the trainer as administrator. While playing, hover your mouse cursor over the desired function in the trainer and click on it, or use the NUMPAD or F keys to activate functions in the trainer.
