This side-scrolling action shooter follows the Gunstar family, protectors of the planet Gunstar 9. After the twins’ older brother is kidnapped and placed under mind control, dictator Colonel Red plans to use the Mystical Gems to unleash Golden Silver the Destructor and bring about an apocalypse.

Players battle a variety of enemies and bosses while trying to stop Red. The game features four modes, progress saving, and cooperative multiplayer.
