This dating sim combines match-3 puzzles with light RPG elements and visual novel-style presentation. After a failed attempt to meet Kyu, a love fairy in disguise, the protagonist receives dating lessons and is sent out to meet women. Kyu’s guidance sets the story in motion as the protagonist encounters a cast of girls with distinct personalities and preferences.

In HuniePop, dates take the form of puzzles built around matching tokens. Gifts affect the puzzles, while upgrades improve the protagonist’s traits and stats. Players can also unlock and collect items, change the girls’ outfits and hairstyles, and earn illustrated scenes featuring them.
