Illbleed is a survival horror game set across seven worlds styled after B-movies. Their deranged producer, known for a twisted sense of humor, offers a million dollars to anyone who can make it through the trials, which are filled with mutant monsters and traps.

The player searches for items and watches for danger using sight, hearing, smell, and a sixth sense. The Horror Monitor helps detect threats, while bloody encounters are mixed with B-movie humor.
