This horror clicker is about surviving in an abandoned hospital, where the protagonist tries to escape and keep their sanity. The walls carry the sound of blows, while the hospital is inhabited by maniacs, madmen, mutants, and former doctors.
Clicking makes the protagonist stronger, and attacks eventually become automatic. Pills and mutagens are needed to stay sane, and must be found in the hospital. Encounters with its inhabitants can end in an attack or a lethal injection.
