This story-driven sci-fi first-person shooter follows Joseph Walker, who wakes up in a deserted science facility with no memory of how he got there. An AI voice offers to guide him out, though it quickly becomes clear that it is withholding information. Walker explores laboratories, offices, and manufacturing areas, searching for answers and fighting mutants as he tries to survive and find those responsible.

The story unfolds across 22 stages, and seven types of weapons are available for combat. The dialogue is fully voiced, and Insincere is the first part of a sci-fi miniseries.
