Iron Madness is a multiplayer car-combat game set in a future where criminals are put behind the wheel and made to fight for the entertainment of spectators. Players attack with an assortment of vehicle-mounted weapons, including rockets, saw-blades, mines, and machine guns.

The game includes a single-player campaign against AI opponents and multiplayer matches, with split-screen support for up to four players. It features six game modes, three cars, and four maps.
