Enables asynchronous calculations for rendering on high-performance hardware without conflicts with other mods and without the need for command line arguments. Greater FPS gain on faster hardware.

On a test RTX 3080Ti, FPS increased from 87 to 90 (+3.5%) with no noticeable change in image quality. A larger effect will occur if global illumination is set to high or ultra level.
