Adds capes to the glasses/necklace slot for maximum capabilities (PFT). Some issues have been fixed. Note that this mod requires you to occasionally remove and re-equip gear for everything to look right.

The cloak can be found on a skeleton with a knight's sword or added using d10b044d-c39a-4d06-aa8f-e74e2c73a006.
