A minimalist match-three puzzle game played on a grid, Kombine challenges players to clear every bordered block by matching groups of three or more blocks of the same color. Each match creates a block of that color with a higher value: three 1s make a 2, three 2s make a 3, and so on. Only blocks valued 1 can be placed, making matches with higher-value blocks more difficult.
The game features 50 levels and two modes: normal and time trial. In time trial, players race through sets of 10 levels and aim for the best time.
