This comedy visual novel follows a chance encounter between the protagonist and popular singer Lilypad Lily. After waking up by the side of the road beside her, the protagonist must decide whether to help Lily get home or take a different course of action.

Choices alter characters’ personalities and histories, as well as the story’s direction, leading to 16 endings with different themes. Unlocked endings can be replayed from the menu, which also provides access to the game’s music. The game features secret menus and six outfits for Lily.
