This 2D platform action game is set in the peaceful world of the LocoRoco, which has come under attack by the alien Moja Corps. The player guides the LocoRoco away from the invaders and through colorful natural environments filled with flowers and lively creatures.

Movement is controlled by tilting and bumping the landscape, sending the LocoRoco along slopes and past obstacles. The game features more than 40 stages and six types of LocoRoco, each with its own voice and actions. It also includes the LocoHouse, three mini-games, and wireless features.
