I received an unfair lifetime ban. I've never been a cheater and have always been against them because they ruin games. The developers have a hard time banning real cheaters, and even an honest player isn't immune to a lifetime ban. I've invested a lot of time and money into the game, but they don't care. All appeals are met with formulaic responses, no evidence, and no specific cheats. There is no anti-cheat and there won't be one in this game. So it's up to you to decide.
