Mad Combat Marines is a multiplayer shooter that combines gunfights, driving, and battles against players from around the world. Its arsenal includes an RPG, sniper rifle, shotgun, machine gun, and pistol, and matches take place on large city maps.

In Killer mode, players compete in a deathmatch; Destroyer challenges them to wreck cars, Wealthy is about collecting gold coins, and Driver tasks them with covering as much distance as possible before time runs out. Combat can be approached stealthily or with an all-out attack.
