More correct car names in Mafia 2. Names taken from Mafia Wiki.

The name of the Shubert Armored Van truck has been corrected. It's now an IH V220, not a GMC 1-ton.
Fixed an error in the name Shubert Panel Truck. Now this is not a Chevy COE, but a Chevrolet Master Panel Truck.
Corrected hot rod names: Waybar = '34 Ford Model B Roadster, Walter Hot Rod = Willys Americar Coupe Hot Rod, etc.
