A performance config along with an optional file to remove the 60 FPS cap.

Graphics settings are reduced as much as possible without causing visual artifacts or breaking the game. Lowering them further would break shadows completely and create a huge black hole in place of puddles and effects. Shader and overall game memory optimizations are also included.

Installation instructions are provided in the archive.

How to install FPS Limit Remover:

  1. First, choose one of the two configs — "No Visual Loss and Optimizations" or "Ultra Low Settings" — and install it following the ReadMe instructions;
  2. Then copy the contents of the FPS Limit Remover folder and go to: \Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater\MGSDelta\Binaries\Win64;
  3. Paste the files into the Win64 folder. To confirm everything is done correctly: if MGSDelta-Win64-Shipping.exe is in the same folder as dwmapi.dll and the ue4ss folder (which is just below the D3D12 folder), then you did it right. The 60 FPS limit is removed.
