This is a mod that radically changes the health and death mechanics in Minecraft. Instead of instant death, the character now enters a knockout state: they can be revived with adrenaline or finished off, and their body can be looted, dragged, or healed with bandages and medkits. Standard regeneration is disabled, new statuses like bleeding and shock appear, a health scanner and random death quotes are added. All parameters are flexibly configured via the config, and compatibility with other mods is fully preserved. Features:

  • Flexible customization of almost all mod elements via the configuration file;
  • Custom damage and healing system with effects such as bleeding and shock;
  • Standard health regeneration is disabled by default;
  • Dead players can be looted (the first search takes time);
  • After taking fatal damage, the player enters a knockout state and can be revived or finished off within a limited time;
  • A knocked-out player can surrender, and the opponent can finish them off;
  • A syringe with adrenaline is required to revive a player;
  • For the first 10 seconds in knockout, the player can crawl;
  • Health is restored using bandages, medkits, and other medical items;
  • Dead bodies can be dragged (Shift + RMB), leaving a bloody trail;
  • Corpses have two visual states: normal and "burnt";
  • The corpse can lie on its stomach or back;
  • The health scanner shows the HP of all players and villagers within a 12-block radius;
  • The auto-injector of adrenaline gives temporary speed and shock protection;
  • You can completely disable the hunger system via the config;
  • Upon final death, a random quote appears (like in Call of Duty, can be disabled);
  • The mod is fully compatible with weapon, technical, and other mods.

How to launch:
