This racing game is based on the 2010 MotoGP season, with the goal of winning the World Championship. It features 17 real riders and 10 MotoGP team bikes, each with different characteristics and handling.

Races take place on 18 official circuits, from Losail to Valencia, and victories count toward progress in Championship mode. Players can switch between a third-person view from behind the bike and a camera mounted near its front. Successful races also unlock circuit images that can be saved to the photo library.
