The clocks in the game are more confusing than helpful: it's almost always dark outside, so it's hard to tell whether it's morning or evening, especially since the wrist watch still uses a 12-hour format.

This mod adds a text at the top of the screen that shows the time while you hold down the U key (can be changed).

Installation:

  • Download and install BepInEx: extract it to the game folder.
  • Run the game once to generate the necessary folders.
  • Download the ShowTime archive.
  • Extract ShowTime.dll to the My Winter Car\BepInEx\plugins folder.
  • Launch the game.

If the game crashes or doesn't work:

  • Go to the BepInEx\config folder.
  • Open the BepInEx.cfg file with a text editor.
  • Scroll down to the [Preloader.Entrypoint] section (it's at the very end of the file).
  • In the second paragraph of the section, find the line ending with "Type = Application".
  • Replace "Application" with "MonoBehaviour" and save the file.
