This mod eliminates the need to constantly return home to save the game or look for the nearest toilet. Save AnyWhere allows you to save your progress anywhere in My Winter Car with a single key press.

Features:

  • On-the-fly saving — Instantly save the game using a hotkey;
  • Lightweight — Has minimal impact on game performance;

Usage:

  • Load your save;
  • Press F5 to save the game.

Changing the hotkey:

  • In the MSCLoader mod list, click the keyboard icon;
  • Assign any key you prefer;
  • Using F9 is not recommended, as it is reserved for the cinematic camera;
  • Using F1 is not recommended, as it opens the menu;

Known issues:

  • Issue — Saving after death causes the game to load at the church regardless of the save location;
  • Workaround — Save the game while inside a toilet; The reason for this behavior is unknown;

Installation:

  • MSCLoader;
  • Make sure MSCLoader is installed in the game directory;
  • Download the mod archive;
  • Move the dll file from the archive to:
  • My Winter Car/Mods/;
  • Launch the game.
