This science-fiction strategy game follows a war between humans and the extraterrestrial inhabitants of a resource-rich planet. In the 23rd century, Earth's natural resources are nearly exhausted, prompting ruling corporations to send armed mechs into space in search of new deposits. Their encounter with the planet's inhabitants sparks a conflict between two factions.
In Mytran Wars, players fight across 3D landscapes in a campaign or face AI and human opponents in multiplayer modes. Between battles, they research technologies and upgrade their mechs, with more than 250 researchable items spread across six tech trees. The single-player experience spans 30 missions across four campaigns.
