A first-person adventure mystery in which Nancy Drew investigates the kidnapping of a high-school friend inside a historic movie theater. The building is due to be demolished soon, giving Nancy little time to find the kidnapper and rescue the hostage.
The player searches the darkened theater, solves puzzles, and looks for a way to outwit the captor. The game combines first-person exploration with point-and-click gameplay and an investigation shaped by a race against time.
