The point of this save is that the game doesn't start from the very beginning, but right from the finale. So you don't need to go through the prologue — you start after the final chase, as if you have already finished the game.
After this final scene, your rating is awarded automatically, and you already have $200,000 at the start. In the garage, your first car is the final BMW M3 GTR (the same one you get from Razor at the end).
To start your career, you need to enter the starting garage. However, the author did not test whether it's possible to complete the entire game with this save — some things might work in an unusual way.
