This casual visual novel is a mini-sequel to NEKO-NIN exHeart focused on Nachi, a supporting character. Yura and Tama openly identify themselves as the protagonist’s cat ninja, though they live like house cats; impressed by his wish to become a better master to them, Nachi decides to train him. The story also follows Nachi as she finds herself glued to the protagonist. The game features Japanese voice acting, except for the protagonist.
