A futuristic first-person role-playing game with action elements, combining firefights with exploring the wastelands and taking part in city life. During a ceasefire, players can venture beyond the city to hunt monsters and mutants.

Special arenas host deathmatches that do not affect character skills or attributes. Players can also found a clan, communicate with its members through a board and messaging system, and trade materials, weapons and property.
