This virtual-reality puzzle horror adventure begins as the protagonist wakes in a strange yet familiar place and tries to understand why they are there. A disturbing creature follows them through an art deco-inspired setting, while a mysterious artifact raises questions about its purpose and influence. The story is set in the world of Nevrosa.
The player explores the room, handles objects and solves puzzles built around unusual machines. Movement uses redirect walking: the player walks on their own feet as the scene adapts to their route, with no teleportation. Survival-horror elements include the possibility of death, and the nightmare can end in different ways.
