An arcade-style American football game built around 8-on-8 matches, NFL Blitz 20-03 combines fast, physical play with tactical decisions. Players control a team, run offensive plays and develop the skills needed to compete at a high level.

On the field, players can bulldoze opponents, stiff-arm defenders and make dramatic dives. Quarterbacks throw accurate passes at different ranges, while hard-hitting plays are central to the action.
