This arcade horror beat ’em up pits monster hunters against hordes of zombies, mutants, and other creatures. Players choose from three characters and move through side-scrolling levels, fighting enemies that appear from both sides of the screen and from entrances in the background.

All current enemies must be defeated to advance, and each level ends with a boss battle. Stages have a time limit, while the characters have distinct move sets that include attacks capable of hitting surrounding enemies. The game supports one to three players.
