NS2: Combat is an online shooter in which space marines battle aliens in competitive matches combining MOBA and FPS gameplay. It grew out of the Natural Selection 2 modding community and became a standalone game that does not require the original title.
Players can control seven different lifeforms and use a range of weapons and abilities. The game also features a stats system, modding support and five original maps. Matches last around 15 minutes, and players can join or leave at any time without disrupting the game.
