This visual novel follows Kaori Sawai, a young nurse starting work at Yurigahama Hospital in a fantasy Japan where love between women is the norm. After a near-death experience as a child, Kaori decided to become a nurse and gained the ability to ease pain through touch.

The story focuses on her growth, relationships, and work at the hospital. Her colleagues and patients shape her path, including strict head nurse Hatsumi Otsuka, nursing mentor Nagisa Fujisawa, and patient Sayuri Sakai. Player choices affect Kaori’s relationships and lead to one of more than 20 endings.
