Only If is a surreal first-person adventure puzzle game about Anthony Clyde, who wakes up in an unfamiliar bed after a night of partying with no memory of what happened. He tries to escape the strange, lavish surroundings while a mysterious antagonist speaking over the radio repeatedly blocks his way.
The mechanics are deliberately unpredictable and defy familiar expectations about interacting with the environment: the surroundings may change, and an apparently wrong choice may lead to the right outcome. Anthony faces repeated failures and deaths as he makes his way forward.
