A space strategy game about two races that evolved on separate planets in the Aldus system after the collapse of a galaxy-spanning empire. Believing themselves alone in the universe, they discover that other life exists.

Each race has its own campaign, technologies, and strategic approaches. The dynamic star systems contain planets, moons, orbits, asteroid belts, and debris fields, while fleet battles pit a range of ships and specialized units against one another. A campaign editor provides tools for creating scenarios, events, campaigns, and cutscenes.
