Paddle Up is a virtual reality sports game about table tennis, where players practise their shots and compete against other players or robots. Its ball and paddle physics are designed for VR, and the paddle can be customized with different rubber types or used without rubber for a hardbat style.

Online matches are available against friends and players around the world, with voice chat for in-game conversation. Practice options include robots with varying skill levels, automatic ball launchers and rallies against a wall. Bullseye challenges test precision and performance, unlocking further levels as players progress. The game also offers different locations and cosmetic options, along with a separate beer pong mode.
