An unusual hybrid of a city-building colony simulator and a first-person shooter with dark satire on totalitarian regimes. In the game, you need to build a powerful state, manage society, and personally participate in battles that evolve over time from small skirmishes to large-scale wars using heavy machinery.
The development of the colony depends on the decisions made. Politics, propaganda, surveillance, punishment, or care for the well-being of the residents shape their character, relationships, and mood. Some become loyal supporters of the regime, while others begin to doubt and may rise in rebellion. Captured enemies can be turned to your side, and the fate of each resident becomes part of a unified system, completely subordinate to the will of the ruler.
